Edamame Dip

edamame dip

Yields: 1 cup

Serves: 8


  • 1 1/2 cups frozen shelled edamame
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp water


  1. Prepare edamame according to package instructions, omitting salt.
  2. In food processor, combine oil, garlic, cumin and salt; pulse 3 times or until coarsely chopped.
  3. Add edamame, lemon juice and water; process 1 min or until smooth.
  4. Serve with cut up veggies or crackers.
